At Furry Luv Mercantile, we love pets just as much as you do. We strive to ensure that every product you order brings joy to you and your furry, feathery, or scaly friend. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns and Refunds

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Certain items, such as personalized products or consumables, are not be eligible for a refund. This will be clearly stated on the product page.
  • For our EU customers, we abide by the Consumer Rights Directive giving you 14 days for returns, even if product has been opened. Please know return shipping for the item will be your responsibility.  (If the item is faulty, that's another story.)

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., treats, food)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at Furryluvinfo@gmail.com.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

5. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we are happy to replace it. Contact us with your order number and details, and we will guide you through the exchange process.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company.
  • If the issue persists, contact us at furryluvinfo@gmail.com, and we will investigate promptly.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We may request a photo of the item for verification, and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
